Executive Coaching
We focus on making
leaders more effective in their changing organizations. Our coaching
helps leaders advance what they know about themselves, their roles
and their organizations. We work with them to acquire new skills as
they grow and thrive in current or future positions. This also
involves "unlearning" skills and habits that are no longer useful. We
use a range of instruments, assessments and tools, including some we
design specifically for you and your organization.
Leadership / Management
Development
Stagnation and decline
are inevitable if we don’t purposefully develop our personal and
technical skills. First, we work with you to understand your goals and
reasons for wanting to improve and change what you are doing as a
leader or manager. Next, we help assess your skills and your
organizational environment. With this information we can then
development an action plan and figure out how to determine if your
changes move you closer to your goals.
We will design
group sessions and customized training for leaders and managers. We
have many resources and tools for working with individuals and groups
on leadership and management development.
Individual Life Coaching
We work with individuals
who are considering important changes in how they work and live. We help you understand the skills and life themes that have led
you to where you are now. We are especially experienced with helping
you explore what the next "chapters" of your life might look like. This
might mean a career change or new perspectives on what has
traditionally been called retirement.
This is an area where we
combine our creativity with current research to ensure that we are
providing well grounded advice.
