A Very Brief History of McLemore Consulting:

McLemore Consulting was founded by Dr. Jacqueline McLemore in 1990 after she left an internal organization development role at a major corporation. She returned to Cleveland Ohio to find several organizations who were interested in working with her on an ongoing basis. Her latent entrepreneurial inclinations meant that it took some time for her to realize: "I could start my own business!"

With the support and assistance of friends, colleagues and professional advisors McLemore Consulting took shape at the end of 1990. Since that time, Dr. McLemore has worked with individuals, teams and organizations across the United States and in a few other countries. At McLemore Consulting, Dr. McLemore has always emphasized a highly customized approach for all of the services she offers. She applies social science research combined with current business and industry knowledge to develop approaches that work for her clients.
